    Hi all,

I'm interested in getting one. I'm just wondering about the Freesat decoder and as to how the channels line up ? Do they line up with the Terrestrial channels are do they have their own totally separate list ? Also, can you add channels that are not part of the Freesat system ? I read that if you add one like this to Sony's, you have to re-scan the channels again and I think you possibly don't end up with an EPG too.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated since I have been upable to get details of this kind anywhere.

Simple reason you haven't got any details anywhere.

They don't make them in LCD mode.

Nearest thing would be a TX-L42D25B I'd say.

Don't think you're correct - search for the Panasonic TX-L37G20B. I suppose the hardware for the Freesat will be the same for both LCD and Plasma so feedback on either would be fine.

    Apologies..I don't know how I missed that.

    Have you tried AV Forums?

Edit: Can't see a review there, either..

If you use the 'search this forum' with the term "freesat" you should get a few hits from people on there who own Panasonic Freesat TVs. To answer your Q's based on what I've read here:

    1. Freesat and Terrestrial are on separate EPGs and cannot be integrated. This is the same for all official Freesat equipment.
    2. Adding channels automatically takes you out of the Freesat EPG (i.e. non-freesat mode), so you only end up with now and next on the EPG - again this is the same for all Freesat equipment.

Try downloading the manual from the Panasonic site and you'll get a good idea of menu layout etc.
