PPS Number - Change address

Might seem like a basic question, but I'm in the process of registering self employed, however I recently moved address so the address on my tax registration from is my new one, but my pps registration address is my old address. Do I need to change my address linked with my PPS number? If so where, how?

In theory, your central records should be updated. In practice I have seen cases where correspondence on different taxes continues to be sent to different addresses. So for example, if you have old PAYE correspondence it might be sent to your old address. It shouldn't matter too much to you but for the sake of a letter why not make sure? Just write to your local tax office with your PPSN and a statement that you have moved from x to y (there isn't any form).
