    Hi,
we usually buy in our breeding ewes but this year we're hoping to breed our own replacements. getting too costly to buy replacemnts.
we have a charolais and a suffolk ram as terminal sires.
father is thinking of getting a Belclare ram, anyone on here go down this route.
See there's a big marketing push over in the UK for LLeyn sheep, anyone have experience of these or anything to add on their favourite breed of ewe?
    thanks for any feedback

in the same situation myself............using Vendeen as terminal sire and have bred own stock with them for a few years now but milk quantity is not as good as suffolk ewes we have.........

I have be hearing good reviews about lleyn for maternal qualities but what are the lambs like for finishing off with terminal sires?

Not a lover of white face sheep but if they are good mothers i may be open to change
