virus won't let me run antivirus

I have a virus on pc, its my own fault i stupidly clicked on a link.

Anyway the virus or whatever it is won't let me run anything to get rid of it. It pops up a message pretending it is an anti virus called security tool, saying that program is infected. It does this for fair few other programs too even screensaver. So i have now disconnected from internet and an on here on phone just to be safe.

I had a look through some sticky and few other bits but couldn't find much and as on phone is pain to do much googling, hoping someone here can help.

I currently have spybot and avira as well as windows defender and is win7.

Any suggestions how to tackle this, i was thinking maybe try stick something on a usb and maybe try run from there. I do have access to another pc just not at the moment. Otherwise i'm at a loss what to do.

Download rKill to a usb stick and run it, it will end the process then download Malwarebytes and update it and run a scan. It worked for me when i got it.

If that doesn't work try this page or download DDS or Hijackthis and post the log on here and one of the experts will be along to help you.

    Download ComboFix here :

    Link 1
    Link 2

    * IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

    • Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. Here is a guide on how to disable them

      Click me

    • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

    • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

    • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

    whatnext.png

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt log in your next reply.
