    I assume you are talking about the naval exercises but theres a right way and a wrong way to start a thread: It helps when you establish your context.

    There's no hassle if someone wants to start one, though I suggest the main Politics forum might be a better place for it depending on what the discussion is, and I suggest starting an actual discussion:)
