Iphone 4 video out

    Said I would try and crowd source this.

    What is the best way to get high quality video from an iphone 4 on to a tv set.

    To use the above cable your tv needs to have a component input (red green and blue connectors) which us a type of high definition
    Otherwise you need the composite video cable

    Hey, as far as I know the hdmi standard is not available for iOS4. You only solution is composite for hi def and avi for standard def.

    As far as I know, you can get a dock connector to VGA cable for optimum resolution. This however won't carry sound although I imagine there is an audio out (L & R) on this cable too.

    When I get my iPhone 4 next week in gonna check it out. My own hi-def movies at 720p on a big tv..... Can't wait!!

    Can anyone recommend a tv-out cable for the iphone 4?
    My phone is jailbroken so i can get the tv app from cydia.

    I see that apple sell one for €50. I have seen cheaper ones on ebay.

    Any recommendations?
