I am very interested in going to some of the events listed on the GUI website such as the Leinster Mid Amateur Championship etc.

Does anybody know if it is possible to go to these golf clubs and watch such tournaments if you are not a member?

Would you have to pay a fee to watch?

Sorry but I am new to watching golf tournaments that are not on tv but I would love to watch low handicappers play and possibly learn from them!

Thanks, so do they just let people walk through the clubhouse on to the course for these events?

(So long as they're not seen to be carrying a bag of clubs :D )
