I'm trying to find out the precise requirements, I am going to start a post grad in sept that runs for a year. When I complete it i'd love to hit the U.S for a year but the application requirements in some places says the 12 month visa is only available for full time students or other requirements it doesn't mention 'full-time'

The course I will be doing is with DCU, it's mentions that it's part-time in the small print but the title itself doesn't mention it. just says 'graduate certificate' Will I still be eligible? anyone any experience with this?

    thanks for any help

I'm about halfway through the process at the moment and my course is part time so you shouldn't have a problem. I emailed each of the sponsors before applying. USIT and one other (that I can't remember) said that a part time course made me ineligible, SAYIT weren't that helpful so I went with the IIC who have been great and had no problem with the course being part time.
