UPC Cisco Mediabox (Digital HD+) & Samsung Remote Control Code...

    Hi Folks,

I've a 40" Samsung LCD (LE40F71BX/XEC) which comes with a remote (BN59-00530A) which can be programmed to control things like a DVD player, VCR, STB, etc.

In order to control these additional components, there's a small setup process you run on the remote (e.g. Press SET, Press STB, Enter your STB Remote Code, Press Power On, etc.). Each manufacturer has a list of what their remote codes are, and Samsung makes those codes available. So, you can download a list of codes for Phillips VCRs or Sony TVs etc., program the code into your Samsung remote and then control everything from your Samsung remote. Effectively, you can use the Samsung remote as an All-In-One.

But here's my problem: I can't find the codes for the UPC Mediabox (which I understand is a Cisco 8485DVB, or at least a modified version). Would anyone have any idea how to find them?

Please note: I do *not* want to control my TV + STB with the UPC remote. It doesn't work properly for my TV (TV switches off when you press the "TV" button on the UPC remote).

    Thanks!
