UPC Extreme Sports/Sky News

    Hi - I have UPC max digital package in Leopardstown with the old purple Pace box, i think it is. Have to say I've never had any problems with it, except a reboot required every other day so RTE shows up in proper widescreen.

    However both Extreme Sports and Sky News channels are unwatchable, the picture and sound keeps jumping - I'm sure there's another channel or two which share the same transponder, but not ones i ever watch.

    The signal coming into the house seems ok, about 34.5 registers on the 'help' menu, but this drops to 30 on these channels. This wasn't a problem up until about 6 months ago, but since then they've been brutal.

    I could ring customer service, but thought i'd ask here for any quick fixes as its late and there's something on later i want to watch :)
