Divorce question

My sister and her DH are legally separated 4 years. They've no kids and she has the house. Everything is fully sorted.

He rang in Jan and said could they get divorced. She said yes but as she's unemployed she didn't have money for a solicitor at the moment.

She got papers from his solicitor today saying she has 10 days to respond to her husband's petition and if she doesn't respond, then proceedings will carry on without her. She's happy to do nothing and let them get divorced BUT he put his assets on the form. Why would he do that when they're legally separated? Should she get legal advice? There's a number on the form for Legal Aid but I presume they wouldn't see you that quick (maybe I'm wrong) so she can respond if she wants within 10 days. She can't afford a solicitor.

    Any ideas what to do?
    Anyone gone through this before?

    Thanks!!

Sorry but this site can not offer legal advice.
She need to get her own solicitor of if she can't afford one to get legal aid.
