Going away to london tomorrow for a course (3days) and will be staying very close to the tate modern museum.

I know this is short notice but anyone got any recommendations for where to go for a really good coffee that would be near by?

    Cheers

the WBC london coffee map should be of help - if you get the chance make sure you check out penny university as it closes at the end of this month:

the closest I could spot to the tate is monmouth coffee:

did not get to go to penny uni as course had me there all day but managed to pop over to monmouth which is right beside the borough market - fantastic market!!

I must say monmouth is a serious operation and there was a que outside it from 8am on a saturday morning!

    Stunning coffee and superb service
