You can change your name yes, but the system will auto reject changes that appear to not actually be a persons name.

You can also create a page(similar to a profile) for your enterprise, which is what most businesses do AFAIK.

What name do you want to change to?
Send on your username and pass and il change it for you

Account (in top right hand corner) --> Account Settings. you'll get directed to where you can change your Name, username (ie facebook.com/sfdgjdlk) and other settings.
