Need a new TV series, recommendations?

    I need a recommendation of a new TV Series to watch. I've really enjoyed watching loads lately, my favourites being Breaking Bad, Weeds, Entourage, The Inbetweeners, Hung, Cougar Town.... Based on them, are there any others I may not have heard of that are worth a look?

    Suggestions?

    :) spartacus, stargate: universe, true blood, united states of tara are definitely some of the ones you should check out. have a look at the sticky though. each show listed has a thing for "Watch this if you like..."

    What with everyone watching Spartacus - the acting and script are as hammy as they come - reminds me of early star trek episodes, its that bad

    its a great story with a satisfying story arc and the final episode is great, and plus there is the small matter semi-naked zena warrior princess, who cares about the ham its good fun and John Hannah rocks

    the good wife is a very good legal drama as well. and for SG Universe, you don't need to have seen the previous series to get into it. it's moved away from the mythology of Stargate and focuses more on the character development. i only seen the film, and i loved SGU
    also have a look at the different forums in the Arts -> TV forum. they're the popular ones like 24, Chuck, and House.

    Spartacus is excellent. it's kinda like 300, with loads of blood and guts but it's better than 300 imo.
    just looking through my collection now - 30 rock, battlestar galactica (finished but has a spinoff), brothers & sisters, rescue me are all shows i'd highly recommend.
