Anyone used one or listened to/recorded with one? I'm comparing it to the Apogee Duet, and all the specs and reviews compare really favorably - and at about 100 quid less cost.

If anyone has experience with either, I'm all ears. I'm looking for great mic preamps, great AD/DA, and decent monitoring options. Don't care about lots of ins/outs at this stage. Looking more for quality over quantity.

I haven't used this but I use the Duet.

Very happy with the Duet, it's probably the best quality you'll get at this price range.

    Mac compatible only though.

Re: the Duet - I've read some horrifying things about self noise via the mic preamps. Is that anything you've experinced?

I can't say I've had any issues with mine (touch wood)
