ah common, it is worth to pay a little extra and get a 1.9tdi. 1.5D is powerless, car full of people and you won't get it up the hill

SEAT Ibiza SC 1.2tdi - same engine as the VW Bluemotion is coming here in the next month or so, price tbd, but should come in under €13,000 under scrappage for the base version (non econetic) which has 72MPG, the eco version is 80mpg and is £800 dearer in the than the base in the UK, so will probably come in under €14,000 here.

I know, great value out there, I'm wating for the pricing of the 1.2tdi, if its too high I'll get the Punto Evo probably.

The Ka is smaller than the Clio and Punto etc. It's in the same class as a Panda or a Twingo. The Fiesta would be the Ford to compare the others with

Yeah but the smaller car is fine for me -although I would prefer 5 doors ideally...

While a smaller car is fine, is paying the same for a smaller car?

I know you said Diesel but in that size of car theres not a huge difference in mileage with the Petrol (in the Clio anyway, havnt looked at the others) but there is a few grand in the price. The tax is only €50 more too.
