    Hi,

I have had some dealing with a client that may possibly go a little sour.

I just have 1 or two small questions and would like to know where I can go go to get them answered.

It's only a hundred or two euro that is being disputed so it won't justify hiring a solicitor.

I'm not going to ask the questions here because I know it's not allowed. Just looking to be pointed in the right direction.

    Thanks.

Best bet might be to try here: http://www.citizensinformation.ie/categories/consumer-affairs/consumer-protection

It's more likely to give an overview of the customer's rights rather than yours but it should give you an idea of whether they have a case against you. I used to do tech support/complaints for a computer company whose market was mostly in the UK so I'm more familiar with their laws than Ireland's, sorry :)

If there's anything you want to PM about though go ahead :)
