    Hi There

Personally, if it is only achey from the previous hard session (DOMS) then I will always train with it. However if it is pain then I will visit my physio.

My trainig over the last 3 week has been eratic due to work commitments, and I have stated back training since Monday gone. Monday was a KB conditioning routine which left me with mild DOMS on Tueday morning. However I hit the gym Tuesday evening for my Strong Lifts 5x5 routine. Yesterday I was severly achey but went in for Cardio & Core work last night. Still a little achey around upper body today but wll be doing Strong Lifts again this evening. But I know that this is DOMS from my enforced 3 weeks of little or no training.

So you will know you own body, listen to it. If it truly is just achey muscles from a hard session etc, then I would think you would be alright to train, but warm up well before hand. However as I said if it is pain, then stay away from the gym and get it checked out.

    My 2 cents worth.

    Best Regards,

    Michael
