I dont think Sarah Carey has ever presented on TV or radio before, but I think she's doing a good job.. Came across a bit giggly and girlish (like Miriam) on a few occasions but did well on handling a large panel.

She's a nice (and quite considerable) change from Vincent. She's chirpy, but not in a ditsy way.

I'm not looking forward to Kevin Myers next week, I would much prefer Sarah Carey for another week.

Saw a half hour of her efforts last night and was impressed. Given that she has no tv experience to my knowledge, she did a very capable job of steering the debate. I particularly liked the fact that she cut Myers short mid rant on a few occasions.
According to the back page of The Sunday Times they are working on a rotating presenter basis for the next couple of weeks. Myers and Claire Byrne two of those lined up.

Ger Colleran, apparently, is presenting a few episodes as well... I guess Gerald Keane will be unavailable for the show that night anyway.. Dont like Colleran, amazing the high horse he's straddles considering the rag he edits.

Oh Christ, that was the other one I'd forgotten. I despise the man and his contributions. He took his trash tactics from the Star and immersed them fully in to the Indo.
I heard him filling in for Dunphy a couple of weeks back and the man was an embarrassment. More of the same and that grotesque ego could take a hammer blow.

cant stand colleran, thinks only his opinion is correct. himself and vincent never seem to agree on much, pity they have him on. wonder anton savage isnt doing a slot, fills in for a few on radio and knows his stuff. would be good IMO. often does be on the panel. its not the same without vincent is it. tho!

She's doing very well again tonight.. using phrases like "can you explain to the viewers"...

I'm thinking the young Carey children and Carey husband have been guests on "Carey tonight" for the past few weeks in preparation.

I found her to be quite insincere with some topics and she interrupts her guests far too much. Maybe it was nerves, but that in particular grated me. Looking forward to MyArse next week!

Cant stand the women - why she is on political shows ,I'll never understand. She comes across as one of those ppl that start every sentence with "As a mother..."
