He is filming two films back to back; news came out that he underwent neck surgery, but newer reports say it's a torn quad I believe. Either way I don't think he'll make it back for SummerSlam........which means Sheamus keeps the belt for a while longer

The longer he stays away the better. I can't stand his face character at all. If he came back heel then maybe I'd care. I'd love became the leader of Nexus and used to his experience and power to push the group. He'd be good at that role but knowing HHH he'd come back either save the day and be champ within 3 months or lead them, take all the credit, keep them in the background and be champ within 3 months.

If WWE were clever, they would put him on Smackdown when he returns, and improve the ratings on the B show. A feud with Swagger or Punk awaits....

They won't put their a-list names on SD until just before the move to Syfy.

they did two years ago and instead of improving, ratings actually fell, the last thing swagger or punk need atm is a feud with trips where he squashes them 15 times in a row on ppv and makes fun of their looks, talk and in punks case size on national tv during promos

According to Dave Meltzer, the injury for which Triple H underwent surgery was a torn biceps. The current belief is that it could be as late as December before he is healthy enough to return, with late October being optimistic. He is still being considered for a heel turn and alignment with Nexus, although if it were to happen, they would need to drag the angle out for at least a few more months.

Agreed, putting him on the B Show is the worst thing they could do. The last time he was on it everyone was booked like a total nerd compared to him. I remember when he was feuding with Jeff he cut a promo so full of smarky in jokes that they had to bloody re edit, the thing because they were worried that it would hurt Jeff to much. I mean seriously Jeff was a face for god sake. :rolleyes:

Agree to a certain extent, but if he doesn't go to Smackdown, he would just do the same thing on Raw to the likes of Sheamus or Miz. The problem two years ago was the bad booking and silly promos, not what show he was on. Hopefully when he returns he will lose the stupid jokes though.

Yes, WWE are going to want to hype the SD switch to SyFy in October, so i'm expecting Hunter and Taker to be back on the show before then.

Agreed. I think it may be Orton who moves as he hasn't been on SD for yonks. Cena hasn't been on SD since 2005 I think but I just can't see Vince putting him on SD no matter how important the move is. However if he did, I would be very happy, Cena v Punk, Cena v Rey, Cena v Ziggler and of course Cena v Taker would be awesome.

It was leaked last week, that he has just undergone surgery on a nagging injury and shan't be back around until December (that being the most popular
estimate but if that was leaked by the 'E to counter the accidental leak of HHH's surgey then you can cut off two or three months immediately)

I can't see it been much better than the previous one in 2004,amd the matches would have been ugly, so no change their then. :pac:
