    hi,

Today we got a letter from our landlord who is a developer in this we were told our apartment which we have been renting from him for a year and a half was sold to some one else, the letter stated that we would still be allowed to rent there with the same terms and conditions but we're still worried. What rights do we have? We weren't even told it was up for sale.

Did you sign a lease when you moved in?

Tbh the developer can do what they want with the apartment, ownership-wise. If you're getting the same t & C than I wouldn't worry too much

As your landlord said, you're fine. No changes for you, except you have a new landlord. Your T&Cs stay the same, since you already have a lease.

Nothing for you to worry about.

Happened to me. You're fine. They might try to renegotiate the lease in Feb, but under current conditions they would be very foolish as it's a renter's market.
