Need advice re situation

    Hiya guys,


    Was refused from nigthclub for being intoxicated even though i drive in so had no drink at all on me, this bouncer just hates me from when i was a kid.

    I snook in the other main entrance door that was open and unattended, within 30 mins i was forcefully escorted out even though i wasnt resisting the escort in anyway.

    Long story short, outside he grabed my neck, up against wall and choked me, now i went to gaurds to press charges for assult and now they have come back that theyll do me for tresspassing if i do.

    The camera is supposedly unabel to make out the assult.

    I really dont wana let the bouncer away with this, whats worse that can happen to me for "tresspassing" into a nightclub, is their a chance the charges against him would go in my favour?
