car park access buzzer

    Does anyone what I can do to get a buzzer for my car park fixed- I have changed the battery but it still does not work- My landlord is overseas and has been more than unhelpful so any ideas would be appreciated, thanks, m.
    If its any help my flatmate has one that is working for maybe programming a new one-

    Are you sure it's the correct battery?

    Some of them buzzers run on 12V batteries, and they can be hard to get. The 1.5V batteries that are more common have the same physical dimensions. I got caught that way before....
