upgrading on bill pay apres contract finishing

basically i'm on meteor payg and the mother is on bill, i want the w995, and sadly payg no longer do it it. so if i get my mom to ring up and request the upgrade, will it work, dont mind if i have to pay( prob have to pay new customer price (79euro) right?

She can get it as an upgrade, and give it to you to use, but she will be tied into a new year contract.
