Letter of Employment

Basically this could go in here or Benefits but I'll go here as its to do with employers.

I've been working part-time for a while,just small work.Anywhere between 4-12 hrs a week.I went down and told the welfare but I didnt have a letter from my employer to state it so my dole was suspended.My employers arent based locally but the odd time they will come up to where we work and I have asked them personally 5+ times for a letter and no joy,countless emails and texts and still no letter.All it is a letter on headed paper,stating what date I started and signed but its been 5 bloody weeks and no joy,is there anything I can do or what would you's recommend? I've told them my situation and that I cant receive any welfare but they dont seem to care.

why have to not gone to the place and got him to sign it. dont leave there office till they do.
