Bit of a technical one here but I'm hoping someone can help.
I have a Pioneer KEH P6600RS head unit. It's quite old, about 10 years, but I'm told I can get an ipod adaptor (CD-IB100) to connect it to my ipod. I've looked about and it seems I can get either a kit which includes a box which connects between the ipod and head unit or I can just get a cable to connect both. So I'm wondering do I just need the cable or do I need the kit which is a lot more expensive.
