Editing video meta data on a mac ?

Can anyone recommend a program (pref free) that will allow me to edit meta data on a mac ? I have a range of video files in mp4, mkv, avi, m4v etc that I really want to be able to adjust so that I can have my yamj index them correctly. TNX

I've no experience with any of these, but check out MetaX, Lostify and Subler.

I've used Lostify, not sure if it's still maintained but it works well enough for m4v (mp4 video).
