Realised I have a varicose vein in the love-sack have it over a year now afaik but it's not painful and well not affecting anything as such to date. Looking at treatments, embolization seems to be the best option (not a fan of hospitals at all, nevermind surgery :D). Just wondering if varicocele embolization is available over here, googled it and well didn't find much tbh. And if so has anyone got it done before?

a lot of men have these. why bother getting it removed unless its causing infertility?

Well if it's available is it not the best option to just get rid of it, then that leaves no chance of infertility due to the vein, etc....

the infertility would be temporary and would go away with removal

a lot of docs wont remove them as they are not a problem but if they do then as far as i know its an out patient procedure under a local anisthetic

See that's the thing, I want it removed but don't want the surgery, hence my question of asking is embolization available in Ireland and has anyone ever got it done.
