UPC €5 per each additional set top box

    UPC are now charging €5 inc VAT so each additional set top box you have, but if like me you are already a customer supposedly it doesn't apply as its for new customers only.

    This is so wrong, loyalty doesnt mean anything huh...Pretty ****ty i think, it should be done automatically to any pre-existing account

    SO i rang them to challenge them on this expecting a big fight but to my amazement they just said ok and reduced my charges from €8.49 per extra box to €5 per extra box....€3.49 saving per box.

    Not bad i think, my mother done this too with no hassle....

    It's been 5 euro for a while, but you have to request it. I did it some months back.
