3GS Iphone Questions

    Sorry if these have been answered elsewhere, I did a quick search but couldn't see.....

    1) I see Vodafone are now offering an 8gb 3GS where previously the only 8gb I could see were 3G. I'm dying to get an iphone but am stoney broke at the moment and looking for the cheapest option but am wondering if the 8gb is too small. I have an 8gb iTouch and it has more than enough space for all my music and photos but was wondering how much memory the phone element takes up. After a contact list of about 100 numbers and a couple hundred saved and received texts will there be much of the 8gb left for picture, apps and music?

    2) Does anyone know/have an educated guess if the 3GS prices will come down when the 4G comes out? - ETA: found the answer to this.

    sorry if those are very harmless questions, I know sweet FA about technology but seem to have got the sweaty palmed iphone fever :D

    1) if your happy with the 8gb in your iPod Touch then you'll be ok with the 8gb iPhone. how much free space have your currently got on your iPod? the contacts will take up very little space, and your couple of hundred saved messeges wont transfer over IIRC.

    2) 3GS will drop a bit but not to rock bottom i dont think, but not 100% sure until the IP4 is available here, and i mean readily available not just 10 phones per store and sold out in 10 mins etc etc
