    Got asked out to an interview with contract people anyone got any information on them ?

    Unless they tell you its for a specific job they are just getting your details and interviewing you for potential jobs. Nothing to lose just go do the interview. I went for an interview like this with a recruitment agency. Didnt hear anything for 3 or 4 months then they called and i got a job :)

    Cool cool. Just didn't want too be roped into another one of them 'promotion jobs' .

    Haven't heard of them. Agencies these days are less likely to meet up with people. Some of them just do it to get a better idea about you before they started passing your details off to their clients.

    In the past I have to admit that 95% of such agencies I never heard from again, but at least 3 of them did get me job offers.

    I see, well I have a job at present. But the hours are 20 per week and all lates. So I have nothing to be doing during the day so am looking about for some more work in Retail.

    Would you think there would even be a point in going out?

    He also mention, it was for a 'chat' ? While on the phone? :confused:

    ya i worked for them for 18months a while back, merchandising, not a bad company in fairness to them, not sure what they might be like now do!
