Hey lads, have been out injured for about 2 years and want to go back playing football again. Was talking to the trainer and he said i needed to build back up my upper body strength. I have kept fairly fit over the past two years, running, treadmill, etc.... But i was just wondering is there any advice going on what supplements to use... I'm 5'9, 11 stone, 20 years of age, not the biggest build though and i am a coeliac too...

Any advice would be greatly helpful!:D

Work on your strength first... You should worry about that first, then your diet, then maybe the weather, then worry about what supplements you need.

Squat, presses(bench, military), chins, dips, push ups, rows (body weight, barbell), weighted sit ups and the likes should sort you out....
Don't go wild at first, progress slowly. Use something like 531 or starting strength to get you... well started!
