    HI,

Saw a thread here looking for a Gynocolgist in Galway and I am looking for one in Mayo - preferable Female. Need to go for a smear test and I guess I could just go to my local GP.
    :)

there is no need to see a gynaecologist for a smear test, your gp or the practice nurse at the gp's surgery will be able to do it

check on www.cervicalcheck.ie to see if the practice is registered - if it is and you are within the covered age-range, then it will be free for you.
