    Im 5"2 and 60kg ino alot of people are probably going to say thats fine but what is the average weight of a 21yr old girl and 5"2???:)

    average is 59.9999kg so your overweight! so get on the treadmill! :pac:

    That's a BMI of 24.1 which falls under the normal category. A lot of people don't like BMI but there isn't a lot else to go on in this case. It's just not trustworthy for people with a lot of muscle because it says they are overweight.

    You're not fat or anything but if you want to tone up then head to the fitness and nutrition forums.
