Guinness BI-Plane

    During the 1990s,i remember seeing a bi-plane in Guinness colours.It visited Castlebar on a regular basis and useually arrived with EI-CJR but i never got a shot.and indeed its a long shot but if anyone has the reg or a photo could they post it here.Thanks.

    Could be Arthur Wignall Pitts S2A reg EI-BKA

    However his might have been the "Harp" one. I'm open to correction though.

    Arthur's Pitts was painted in the Harp livery.

    Can't remember seeing a Guinness sponsored biplane :confused:

    Sure if there was ever a B-Plane in Guinness colours the mighty Google would be able to produce a pic, but no, not even they can

    No ian,but it use to travel around with EI-CJR,it was definatly in a Guinness scheme,Tucon on it to!! Note regarding EI-CJR-Written off last year in Galway.

    She used to be a regular at Abbeyshrule Airshows as "Col Crackshot" "shooting" plates from the Bi-Plane.
