I dont buy cheap electronics anymore. Anytime i buy anything like that of a cheap website like dealextreme or chinese stuff on ebay it dies with in a few months or blows up. Op i wouldnt buy this its not worth the hazzle better to spend some more and have it last a few years.

    Its not really a netbook.

It runs Windows CE, uses an ARM CPU and has a paltry 128MB ram, so it is closer to a smartphone or pocket organiser than a netbook. In laymans terms, that means it is not a 'real' computer - its not going to run regular Windows applications for example.

I think it is priced pretty much where it should be, if you want something very cheap for taking notes, storing contacts or doing very basic web browsing it would probably suffice.

If you want an actual computer that will give you a full Windows experience, I would steer well clear.

FWIW, I wouldn't make the instant assumption that it is low quality 'because it comes from China'...most electronics do.

For just browsing the web it's not the worst. But a 300Mhz Arm CPU is rather slow, most of them would at least have about 400mhz+ to be considered usable for general purposes.

It's WinCE, so like someone said, regular apps don't work on this, and WinCE is very outdated, flash for example doesn't work, so no flash content i.e no youtube, ever.

Good as a media player or viewer/emergency net browser I would say, and not much else.

Every single Chinese phone/gadget I bought on ebay hasn't worked very well.
I would suggest getting something with a brand you know and can get support on locally.
