The likes of the icecream/candy floss shops at the sea side usually sell them. Failing that, try Sweet Factory pick n mix, they sometimes have that sort of thing sitting on top with sticks of rock etc.

Any gift shops around Town (Dublin) would sell them I'd imagine.. My jaws are hurting just thinking about it
