I am going to see two cars later on.

Both 00 Micras, GX model, 3 door, both nctd to 2012

The 1st one- 1200, has 90 on the clock, clean inside and bodywork, 1 scuff on bumper that I can see.

The 2nd one- 1150, possibly try for 1000, 54 on the clock, has a dint beside the passenger light, mirror paint slightly faded (see pics), other than that clean and inside clean too.

I'm not sure which one to get for the best.

    I don't think I've ever owned a car with a full service history :O

    Apart from that which one?

From what I can make from the first picture that dent looks fairly bad. Could cost a bit to put right, if you wanted to fix it that is.

yup to fix would be under 200 but then the suspension and cv boot might need looking at if it got such a bad bang on it..

the one in laois looks better both cars have faded paint work , neither car says how many previous owners so it would be no harm to ring them and find out

the one in laois has nearly twice the mileage as the other one.
The one in tipp has had two owners incl the current one, was the 1st owner that hit it and made the dint

Haven't viewed the adverts, but make sure both have power steering, timing chain can give trouble on Micra's which can be as a result of infrequent oil changes. To be fair Micra's are pretty bulletproof even with high mileage !!

the one without dents has been better looked after , thus the engine and running gear are probably in better condition.

but id really look for a service history

The WD reg one looks completely fecked all down the drivers side from what I can see in the pics. The front wing dent is the least of its bodywork problems

    +1

And the front bumper has had a lick of paint too. You can see overspray or something on the rubbing strip...
