Weird shoulder grinding feeling

I know this isn't a medical forum but i am just wondering if anyone may know what this is, basically in my right shoulder, when i roll it or move it up and down, there is a lot of grinding/clicking, as if the bone is not moving fluidly (more jerking into place).

Normally it is not too sore, more of a dull pain, but i am worried it could develop in to something worse.

I do a lot of lifting heavy boxes and stuff in my work, and had awful habit of carrying them on my right shoulder, so i think this may be a cause (my left shoulder isn't near as bad). I have since stopped this habit in case i do any more damage.
A few months ago, while doing some shoulder presses, i injured it, and it was pretty painful (my own fault for not warming up enough). Went to the doctor, and examined the shoulder, he put me on some difene said i didn't do any serious damage. I mentioned the problem with it grinding/and clicking, and said it wasn't serious, just ligament/tendons or something (cant remember to be honest). But it still doesn't feel right, has anyone else experienced this?

Your right OP this isnt a medical forum and it is against thr forum charter to seek or discuss medical advice here..

I would suggest visiting a gp/physio again if your shoulder isnt right

    Thanks
