    They're not supposed to. Micko had to put up with fierce allegations when manager of Kildare, if I remember rightly from his book.

    I'd say its not to far off a full time job between traing 3-4 nights a week county board meetings watching players at club level plus keeping a eye on under 21 squad for up and coming players !!!! They might not get paid direct but there is alot of perks plus the prestige of the position!!!!
