    hi ya,ll i got this conditioning exercise to do of some mad australian bloke!!!
    its very tough iv done it now 4 times and have seen some improvement on my times what i wanna know is based on my times how would you guys rate my fitness levels.
    i play soccer by the way incase anyones interested.

    five 100 meter runs @ 85% intensity with 1 minute break inbetween runs

    14.90

    14.80

    four 150 meter runs @ 85% intensity with 90 second break inbetween each run.

    23.96

    six 200 meter runs @ 80% intensity with 2 minute breaks in between each run

    there is no extra break in between lengths,when i finish my last 100 metre run i have the 90 second break and begin my 150,s.when i finish my last 150 i have my 2 minute break and begin my 200,s.
    i run on a grass football pitch.

    Very good endurance and good speed.
    If you are inexperienced and have only done it 4 times then judging 85% intensity can be hard, especially after the first few and getting tougher (look at the difference between your 5th 200 and 6th). Your consistent in your speed majority of it tho.
    Overall impressive fitness

    Some mad Aussie lad eh? I wonder ;):p
