Just wondering if anyone was going to see the European's?

I'm going on my lonesome, because it turns out Athletics fans are few and far between.

Interested to know where people are staying as I've yet to book accommodation and want to find something close to the stadium.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

Yeap I'll be going anyway! Got accommodation in Barcelona city centre. Once you're near a metro line you'll be okay.

I've a 6 day ticket bought so I'm not gona miss any of the action over there.

Like myself, dya reckon it's just a case of showing the same printed ticket every day?

    Cheers for the reply

Yes just bring your printed ticket each day, that shud do us.

Lots of good reasonable choice hotels in cc, have a look.

I'm going on my tobler! :D I arrive tuesday evening and leave sunday morning, so I'll get Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat. I'm staying in a hostel in the City Centre as I need to watch the pennies :D

We should all organise somewhere to meet up for some (hopefully) medal celebration pints!

^ Your hostel is well booked out . Finding accomodation is a bit of a nightmare at the moment for me but i'll get there anyway.

I'm still looking for somewhere to stay too. Are you going on your own as well Brian?

There's a few apartments around, I don't know if you'd want to share with a randomer but..eh...it's an option.

Definitely up for a few pints aswell.

Unfortunately, further travels later this year mean Barcelona is out of the question for me. The experience in Berlin last year was amazing, and I bet Barcelona's going to be just as good. Great location, historic venue and good weather hopefully too.

    Have a great time, though!

Ok lets get a list together of Boardsies heading to Barca!

Please add your name to the list if you are heading. Once we have a final list then we can exchange contact details and arrange a place for pints, Catalan style!

Finally got accomadation sorted and the athletics tickets, i'l be in a different seat every night, i'm following the good field events around in a way. Heading over with my younger brother. Should definitely meet up for pints at some stage over there.
