I've always wondered that myself. How many sales is e.g. the top track on beatport actually getting. I'm sure with a lot of tracks it peaks quickly and then falls off, but a few do go the distance and stay around for longer etc. Would also be interested to see the breakdown of how much an artist actually makes out of those sales. Can anyone enlighten us?
