Do i need money in Paypal account to recieve payment?

    Hi,i have just registered on ebay and wish to sell some items and recieve payment using paypal.
    Do i need to put money into paypal account to cover fees or will they simply take when payment is recieved when somebody pays into my paypal account?

    They take it automatically on payment for your items.
