Did you read the full thread?
I'd hate to think you ruled it out based on the first few posts.

Firstly, i tried the Educogym approach mainly because i'm full of good intentions but lack the will powder to see them out. I got injured playing football and put the weight on due to the serious immobility that resulted from the injury. That said I wasnt slim jim before the injury as I'd be a natural big build anyway.

With Educogym, i was placed on a fresh fruit and salad diet. This was difficult for me as I do not like salads. While I never stayed 100% dedicated to the diet I didnt go madly overboard on it. I never got the results they claimed they could deliver thouugh. I ended up losing around 6kg (100kg to 94kg) over the 6 months but I did feel a lot stronger and could notice some definition on my arms/shoulders. Since I have stopped Educo I have returned to around 97.5kg.

The training was tough and the diet was especially tough for me. I did enjoy the weight training on my chest and arms/shoulders but was not terribly fond of the legs training. The lack of cardio did not really sit well with me as my sport would be Gaelic Football so while I wanted to lose weight I could have done with some cardio to boost performance.

Maybe its just me and my body type along with my inability to follow the diet to the strict guidlines it set down but I didnt receive the magical result.

On an aisde I do plan on returning to Educo and following the diet regime as well as introducing a cardio element outside of the Educo training. This is to help me improve my capabilites before the end of the season start of the next season.

The motivation was what attracted me to Educo. Perhaps I would have been better suited to a more stringent test of my application to the diet and subject to more reviews than I received. At least once a week would have been benefical.

Don't waste your money . The reason the diet didnt work for you was simple . It is to extreme and it sucks . How can you PUT SOME ONE ON A "fruit and salad" diet seriously . The Programme is rubbish and the diets they provide are rubbish and so are the overpriced cheap supplements they sell you . Personally I would look for a decent Personal Trainer and pay for a decent programme and some sound nutrition advice . A Diet should be something you change permanently not every now and again when you decide to get in shape . There diets are to extreme hence why people end up falling on them and blaming themselves for falling not educo gyms Rubbish nutrition programme .

Trust me on this stay away from educo waste of time and money .

WTF...is that the crack there up to in Educogym, your going to be burning a lot of muscle mass on that sort of diet which rebounds.

There should be a sticky made of the pros (????) and all the cons of Educogym, rather than having these threads pop up every other week.
