Running

    Hi all,

I've been running about 40 mins a day for the past 2 weeks now and I've noticed while I'm running my shoulder becomes very sore so much so that a couple of times I've had to stop and walk.

I haven't been lifting many weights in recent weeks due to not having time etc. so I'm unsure of what could be causing it.

Anyone else experience this while running? It could be the swinging of the arms however it does seem a bit odd.

I have been told by massage therapists that I do have extremely tense shoulders btw

    Hi Cheeky_Gal

Unfortunately this is a question you really need to be asking your GP/Physio. Its against the forum charter to ask medical advice/ advice on injurys on boards.

    Thanks
