Just had a quick listen there. A couple of good songs on it. Favourites so far are Dead Hearts & We Don't Want Your Body. Never heard of them till they were announced for Electric Picnic tbh & haven't listened to any of their previous albums. Are they worth checking out?

Definitely check out their in our bedroom after the war album. It is excellent, can't remember all the songs now but title track, take me to the riot and personal are very good as is the night starts here, takes a small bit to really get into them. Oh their song barricade is special too reminds me of les mis for obvious reasons

I haven't listened to their last two albums, but Heart and Set Yourself on Fire are very good. Worth checking out, yes.

I have just listened to the first song off Dead Ghosts about 5 times tonight, stumbled upon it through an Electric Picnic playlist, think I may yet get into the album.

Dead Hearts could nearly make a grown man shed a tear, not me though.:o

Not my usual cup of tea, but a friend convinced me to check them out. Pretty decent album

I think it's a return to form, their previous album was a bit of a let down for me, I found myself skipping 80% of the album and really only listening to "Personal" on repeat (with their other albums, particularly Nightsongs, I'd listen to the whole thing on repeat).

So, the new album - only listened to it twice, and there was one song I couldn't take to at all. Really liked it! But I still think that they smoke waay too much pot! ;)

Also, it's a shame that they're doing EP and not a small club date instead. I'll never forget their first Irish gig at the Sugar Club. I know, bigger audience, bigger album sales through EP publicity, but hell, not everyone wants to go to Laois to stand in a field with 20,000 people. Just saying.

I didn't get fully into the album I must say, maybe EP will change my mind

haven't checked it out yet, you know that feeling, when you want it to be good, but you're afraid it's gonna reek. Might pluck up the courage tomorrow :D

Me neither tbh. I haven't really listened to it much since I posted. Not sure if I'll even go see them at EP. If they don't clash with anything else, I might.
