Big Beyond Belief

    Hey everyone,

    I just starting a new program called Big Beyond Belief, doing the 4 day a week program. Almost finished week 2 now so I am.

    I am just wondering has anyone ever done this program and how did they find it, and what were there results from it like?

    Also would anyone have a meal plan that they could send onto me, with a breakdown of Cals, Carbs, Proteins and Fats?? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could.

    You'd have to tell us what the routine and diet are before any judgement can be made.

    The program is basically a 4 day week routine where each body part is trained 3 times a week, You start off doing 3 sets on week 1, then 4 sets on week 2 and finally 5 sets on week 3, then u back off for 3 weeks on 3 Sets to allow your muscles to catch up and grow.

    Im trying to keep my diet to around 3000 cals, 450g Cards, 200-250g Protein and 50g fat, So I was wondering would anyone have any meal plans that would suit that.
