Iphone - which version is now the cheapest on the market?

    Sorry if that sounds like a terribly dumb question; it's just I wouldn't mind picking an Iphone up, but not quite sure I want to fork out for the most expensive one. Cheers for any help.

    cheapest version is the 8gb 3G model..
    look at vodafone's site for info.

    would the older 2G version not be cheaper? depending on wether the OP wants brand new or second hand?

    Going along the same vain wouldnt the original be cheaper? I'd be inclined to look at a new 3g. Comes with some piece of mind
