Just curious as i am now 29 and have hated Sundays for as long as i can remember, think it has to do with the day going too fast and knowing School was only hours away i could just never enjoy it and i'm the same way since

What day and any reason why?

Tuesdays.. I don't really mind work on Monday cause it's somethin to do. By Tuesday it's back to being a chore.

Yup, Tuesday. Its the nether region.

    Tuesdays.

If I've had a mad weekend, on Monday I'll be in auto-pilot mode and will get through the day. On Tuesday the tiredness always hits me like a tonne of bricks, and the following weekend seems so far away.

Although I've just been put down to a 3-day week and I only work Mon, Wed and Fri now, so I don't have to worry about awful Tuesdays anymore!

I teach kids - on Mondays I'm full of enthusiasm and indulgent of their cute little anecdotes. I let annoying things slide. If they do the exact same thing on Tuesday I roar at them. I hate Tuesday, I'm tired and have no patience. I'm a mean teacher. I love it.

    Hate Sundays.

    Always have,

Always picture sitting in watchin some old black and white film while me grandad lets loose his sprouts from dinner.

And school would be the next morning.

I hate Bank Holiday Mondays. They really piss me off. It might have something to do with the fact that I'm unemployed though, and get no added benefit for them!!

Maybe the guberment should bring in a special Bank Holiday rate! :pac:

Tuesday by far the worst day when working.

Sunday, it's a nothing day, only a few hours till work, and you're usually too wrecked to do anything.

    Hate it with a passion!

Another hater of Tuesday here. Its just a **** day. Your tired after Monday, you've already caught up with everyone after the weekend, and you have 4 days of work ahead of you.

The new episode of the Simpsons had just ended, it was dark and a horrible pre school dread would come over me.

New episode of the Simpsons on Sunday, that used to be brilliant. The build up to it all weekend, I wonder if they still do it?

+1 for whoever mentioned the Bank Holiday weekend thing. That makes a HUGE difference

On a normal week, Sunday is the worst day of the week by a country mile. Sunday evening depression is a bitch altogether. I think it's the realisation that you have the longest possible time to wait til the next weekend and a full week of work to get through first

Bank holiday weekends though are totally different. Bank holiday Sundays are among the best days of the year (better than xmas imo). That means the Sunday evening depression rolls over to make Monday evening depression, making the Monday the most horrible day ever. Plus a bank holiday Monday is the longest possible time until the next bank holiday weekend
